The Journey that Turned My Difference into Power
If there is one thing that sums me up, it is that I believe in the power of differences. Ever since I was a child, I have been described as ‘one of a kind.’ Most of the time, this sounded more like a warning than a compliment. “Be careful”, “Be more organised,” “Why do you do that?” I grew up with these questions. However, having ADHD meant not only facing these questions but also embarking on an endless journey within myself.
This journey was filled not only with external reactions but also with my own internal questions. Thinking fast, feeling fast and acting fast… But on the other hand, the guilt of not always getting everything done. Endless projects, ever-changing goals and judged “instability”. However, I was always looking for something better. Very few people were aware of this endeavour; most of them only saw my shortcomings.

From Marginalisation to Awareness: My Journey of Self-Discovery
Society finds it difficult to understand those who are different. This is a very familiar situation for individuals with ADHD. While everyone else is moving at the same pace, we sometimes can’t keep up because we ask different questions and seek different paths. For years, I listened to what people around me thought about me: that I was disorganised, careless, and sometimes even unsuccessful. Sometimes they didn’t say anything at all, but after hearing this all through childhood, even if someone doesn’t say anything, you say it to yourself. But there was one thing I realised in the midst of all these criticisms: I was on a different journey.
My creativity, my desire to find solutions to problems and my passion for learning new things always guided me. One of those days, I learnt to listen to my inner voice. The moment I realised that ADHD is a strength, not a defect and that I don’t have to fit into the patterns set by society, the education system or business life, my life changed. I realised that ADHD is not a deficiency, but with the right tools, it can turn into a great talent.
Living with ADHD: Discovering Balance and Potential
Dealing with ADHD is not about suppressing or controlling it; it is about understanding, accepting and cooperating with it. Like many individuals with ADHD, I have struggled with issues such as time management, distraction and lack of motivation, but there are ways to overcome these challenges.
It is because of the power of this realisation that I decided to do ADHD coaching. Adults, couples, families, children and teenagers… Everyone has their own journey and their own struggles. But our common point is to discover our own potential and build a more balanced life.
My goal is to be your travelling companion. You do not have to keep up with the pace of life; it is enough to find your own pace. I aim to help you recognise your ADHD, accept it and cooperate with it. Because with the right tools, you can achieve much more than you imagine.
Let’s discover your potential together. Because a small realisation can open the door to big changes. If you are ready, I am here.
